The Treasure Coast Art Association is non-profit organization established in 1955 by Beanie Backus as the Fort Pierce Art Club. We provide an environment for art instruction to assist local artists. Our Art Gallery provides exhibition space for our members and associates. See what is going on at our gallery below. Lea was the nicest lady one could ever know. She tried her hardest to teach me how to paint realistically and never got annoyed at my usually unrealistic results.
I am very sad to hear of her passing.
She was a very sweet lady, we all miss her.
